At Nature Fiesta, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a replacement-only policy subject to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- All eligible cases are handled through replacement only.
- By placing an order, you agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Eligible Products for Replacement
Replacement is applicable only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products delivered
- Missing items in the order
Replacement is not applicable for:
- Minor packaging wear
- Color or appearance variations
- Issues caused by improper usage or storage
- Change of mind after delivery
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)
To be eligible for a replacement:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
- Video must start before opening the package
- The entire unboxing process must be visible without cuts
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Reporting Timeline
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests received after 24 hours will not be considered
5. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the issue
- Unboxing video
- Our team will review the request
- If approved, a replacement will be arranged
Replacement timelines depend on product availability and delivery location.
6. Shipping for Replacement
- Replacement shipping will be handled by Nature Fiesta
- In case of repeated replacement requests for the same customer, approval will be at our discretion
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
- COD orders refused at delivery may result in order restrictions for future purchases
