This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on www.naturefiesta.com are processed and delivered.
1. Delivery Locations
Nature Fiesta currently delivers to the following areas:
- Vasai–Virar
- Mumbai
- Thane
- Navi Mumbai
Orders outside these areas are not accepted at present.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI orders are processed after order confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to logistics, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays caused by weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier issues are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be communicated during order confirmation or checkout.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delivery delays.
- Nature Fiesta is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect customer information.
6. Damaged Packages
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers should:
- Record a clear unboxing video
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Replacement requests will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
- Orders refused at the time of delivery (especially COD orders) may not be reattempted.
- Repeated refusal of orders may result in order restrictions for future purchases.
