Shipping & Delivery
A quick guide to how we handle delivery, serviceability, and basic timelines.
Serviceable locations
Delivery is currently available only for admin-approved serviceable pincodes. Customers can check serviceability on product, cart, and checkout pages before placing an order.
Out-of-service pincodes
If a pincode is not serviceable, customers may submit their mobile number so Nature Fiesta can record the request as a lead and inform them when delivery becomes available in that area.
Estimated delivery
For serviceable pincodes, the current delivery estimate is 3-7 business days after order confirmation. Final timelines may vary by product availability, order volume, address accuracy, weather, local restrictions, and operational load.
Shipping charges
Shipping is currently shown as free at checkout. Zone-wise shipping rates and courier partner integrations are planned for a later phase.
Cash on Delivery orders
Cash on Delivery orders are processed after order placement. Nature Fiesta may contact the customer to confirm delivery details before dispatch.
Address accuracy
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number, landmark, city, state, and pincode. Delivery may be delayed or cancelled if the address or contact details are incomplete or incorrect.
Future shipping integrations
Courier partner integration, tracking number, shipping label generation, pickup/return logistics, and zone-wise shipping rates are planned for a later phase. This policy should be updated when those features go live.
