Orders
Orders are accepted subject to product availability, stock, serviceable pincode coverage, operational capacity, and successful order review. We may contact the customer to confirm details before fulfilment.
Pricing and offers
Prices, coupons, reward points, offers, and availability may change without prior notice. The amount shown at checkout at the time of order placement is treated as the order value for that order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is currently enabled as the default payment method. Payment is collected at delivery. Online payment gateway support may be added later and will be governed by the payment provider's applicable terms.
Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, stock, and care instructions accurate. Natural products, plants, soil, and gardening items may have normal variation in size, color, texture, and packaging.
Reviews and user content
Customers may submit reviews and images where available. Submitted content should be truthful, respectful, and related to the product. Nature Fiesta may moderate, reject, or remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, spammy, or unrelated.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Giveaways and inquiries
Giveaway entries, bulk purchase inquiries, back-in-stock requests, and out-of-service pincode lead submissions are collected so Nature Fiesta can respond to customer interest. Submission does not guarantee product allocation, availability, delivery, or pricing.
Limitation of liability
Nature Fiesta is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by incorrect customer information, events outside reasonable control, or issues caused by misuse of products after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
